Sunshine Women Fellowship

 

Sunshine Women Fellowship is a summer group meeting once a month in Madsen Hall.   All women and friends of the church are welcome!  Bring a salad dish to share.

June 7, 2012 - 5:30pm - Special guest speaker: Pat Harman.   Her past careers are best described as "Children to Zebras to Fire".  Join us in Madsen Hall to learn more about Pat and her curious career path.

 

July 12, 2012 - 5:30pm - Special guest speaker:  Debbie Park has a BS in Chemistry from Northern Illinois University and a PhD in Chemistry from ASU.  Her career at Henkel Consumer Goods involves developing consumer products which you see on store shelves, such as hand soaps, bodywashes, laundry detergents, candles, air fresheners and household cleaners.  How do these products get there?

 

August 9, 2012 - 5:30pm - Special guest speaker: Paulette Burns is the wife of our District Superintendent, Robert Burns, and a member of RMUMC.  She is retired after 38 years of teaching in four different states and in five different churches with her husband.  Come hear what she is currently doing!

These evenings focus on the fun and fellowship of sharing with one another while enjoying a light salad potluck supper.
 
Each special evening also includes one or more "speakers" from our own church family.  These special people share a story about their talents, occupations, and/or some unique event of their lifetime.
